Shipping & returns

Every Threadly shirt and hoodie is printed to order for you by our print partner, Printful. Nothing is sitting on a shelf, so here is how long it takes and what we do if something goes wrong.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

How long it takes

• Order review: about 1 business day
• Printing: 2-7 business days
• Shipping: 3-8 business days

Most orders arrive in 6-16 business days. These are estimates, and the weeks before the December holidays are the busiest of the year, so order early if you need it by a specific date. You will get a shipping email with tracking when your order leaves the printer.

Returns and refunds

Because each item is made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size before you order.

If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery at mcmueu@gmail.com with your order email and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

If a package is lost in transit or never arrives, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Cancelled orders

We review every design before it is printed. If we cannot print an order, for example because the design uses someone else's logo or artwork, we cancel it and refund you in full.
