Privacy policy

This explains what information mavaai.com collects and how it is used. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• What you type into the tools, such as a dream description or gift details, and the prompts and images you use in Threadly. These are sent to OpenAI to generate the result.
• Order details: your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Account details, if you create an account: your email and a securely hashed password.
• Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser type, and error reports. We use PostHog for analytics, which may include recordings of how pages are used with form inputs masked, and Sentry for error reports.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work:

• Stripe, to take payment
• Printful, to print and ship your order (name, address, email and design)
• OpenAI, to generate tool results and artwork
• Supabase, which stores accounts and order records
• Resend, which sends order emails
• PostHog and Sentry, for analytics and error reports

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, refunds, tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account or any personal information we do not need to keep.

To access, correct or delete your information, email mcmueu@gmail.com. You can also block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker.
